Private Sessions:
Still talking with your friends about getting together "just for fun"?
Now you can book a Private Session at Village Table, catch up with all
your buddies, and make meals for your family in a fun and friendly atmosphere!
With a Private Session, you'll have the kitchen all to yourselves!
We'll provide all the same great recipes, fresh ingredients, and outstanding service - along with a special offer-of-the-month for the hostess planning the event!
Make Your Arrangements:
Step 1) A minimum of 8 guests is required to book a private party. Each guest can order whatever amount of meals they desire - from 6 - 12!
You can either block out an open session currently posted on our calendar, or select a time and date that more convenient to your group. We are closed on Sundays so our families can worship and spend time together.
Step 2) Call the location where you wish to book your private session.
Kirkwood/Memorial: (281) 556-0660
West University: (713) 839-7333
Champions: (281) 376-2939
Step 3) In order for your guests to RSVP, they'll need to register with
Village Table as a customer, and have a password from you to access the
party on the calendar and order their meals. Passwords are case sensitive.
Step 4) Please ask everyone to RSVP and place their order by using our
calendar on the website; this enables us to have the correct amount of
ingredients available for your party! We need their order (RSVP) in our
system at least 5 days in advance of the party.
Step 5) Feel free to bring appetizers and wine - or you can discuss
having Village Table appetizers available for a nominal fee. Our appetizers
will be food samples from this month's menu - and the cost will depend on
your choices. We cannot provide wine, however, you are welcome to BYO!
If you would like to customize a party, just call us and we'll put together a fun event for you!
Step 6) If your party does not have the minimum guest amount confirmed within 5 days prior to the date booked on our calendar, we will open it up to the public to fill the remaining spots. Additional guests that you've invited may still sign up for your party, but they will no longer need your password to gain access.
