You've Arrived!
When you check in at the door, you’ll receive your meal list,
an apron, and reserve your shelf in the refrigerated wall cooler where
you’ll store your assembled meals.
- The handwashing sinks are along the wall. Please use
them before you start assembling your meals. Gloves are
also available and we recommend that you change your gloves and wash your hands often to prevent cross-contamination of food ingredients.
- Head to a station and begin to assemble your first
dish. If you prefer a nicer presentation, you might want
to bring your baking and casserole dishes from home with
you.
- After assembling each recipe, locate its label from
our hanging file box. The label will have the date, item
name, cooking instructions, and serving suggestions.
- Each ingredient at every station will have its own
measuring cup or spoon. Feel free to adjust any ingredient
to your liking (except the meat portions!).
- Please feel free to ask questions and offer suggestions – cooking
is an art and we ’ll all benefit from your input!
